For example, metal scrapers are widely used in certain high-precision processing occasions due to their high hardness and wear resistance.
During the operation of the scraper system, some problems may be encountered, such as the scraper movement is not smooth and produces noise, the scraper movement fails and stops at a certain position, and the scraper speed fluctuates, causing gaps or breakpoints in the pattern. These problems may be caused by problems with the ball rod screw mechanism, servo motor failure or controller problems, and need to be checked and repaired accordingly.
The scraper system is widely used in many fields, and its design and type will vary according to the needs of the application field. At the same time, the performance of the scraper system will also be affected by many factors, such as scraper materials, manufacturing processes and operating conditions.
